     Jason Michael Wood, 31, of Bellevue, passed away at 9:17 a.m. on Tuesday, March 15, 2011, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
    
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 19, 2011, at the Universalist Unitarian Church of Peoria, with the Rev. Michael W. Brown officiating. Following services, the family will receive friends in the church fellowship hall.
    
Jason was born in Peoria on March 10, 1980, the son of Michael and Kathy (Moke) Wood. He married Alysha Bruninga on September 15, 2007 in Groveland. She survives.
    
He is also survived by his father, Michael of Palm Coast, FL; mother, Kathy (Keith) Graf of Bartonville; son, Vance and daughter, Alexis, both at home; sister, Kate Wood of Peoria; paternal grandfather, David Wood of Palm Coast, FL; maternal grandmother, Shirlee Moke of Hanna City; and paternal great grandmother, Virginia Rogers of Forest City.
    
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Joanne Wood; maternal grandfather, Robert Moke; and uncle, Bobby Moke.
    
Jason was currently a server at Tyroni’s Italian Café in Bartonville.
    
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alexis and Vance Wood Education Fund at Commerce Bank.
    
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Clary Funeral Home, 428 West McClure Avenue, in Peoria.
